party must demonstrate facts that reasonably tend to show evident partiality. On the undisputed facts of the present case,
the contacts between an arbitrator selected by one of the parties and the neutral arbitrator do not constitute evident partiality. FOLEY, Judge Edward Pirsig appeals from the district court's order denying his motion to vacate an arbitration award for
evident partiality. We affirm.
